Marshall had us dialed in with his usual expertise from the sound board.  Denny even had a group from the old neighborhood in Berne, Indiana.  Tony Strebig sat in with us at Indian Trails and as usual, the crowd loved him blowing on that horn. I think there were a lot of folks who knew all the words to most of our tunes.   Garth really got the crowd going with "Hey, Soul Sister", Kent pumped them up with "She Was Just 17" and "Blue Suede Shoes", and Mark had all of them dancing to "Last Dance with Mary Jane" and "R. O. C. K. in the USA".  Gary's performances on "Feelin' Alright" and "You Can Leave Your Hat On" had them checking the stage for Joe Cocker!  "I Can See Clearly Now" went over well with the whole crowd.  Many thanks go out to Kerry, Captain Jim and Becca, the manager at CB & G.  With good folks like these, the Party Boat Band will happily look forward to sailing on to our next gig. Coming up next - Club Paradise near Angola, April 2nd, 8 - 11 PM.
